This is a Quick over view of the process of putting a new Manufactured home on a Private Lot.

Now the footings for the foundation are installed. 

 

 

 

 

This customer has decided to use an ICF wall. Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs) are rigid plastic foam forms that hold concrete in place during curing and remain in place afterwards to serve as thermal insulation for concrete walls. The foam sections are lightweight and result in energy-efficient, durable construction.

Here comes the Third Box on the truck to the Site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here the crane is setting up to take the Third Box off the truck and move it into position on the foundation.
