House intelligence call
Bring the Plans. We Will Map the Intelligence.
One conversation about what the home has to do, which decisions are closing, and what has to be resolved before the trades arrive.
Before the call
What to have in front of you.
None of it is mandatory. Every item you have makes the hour worth more.
-
Project drawings
Floor plans, elevations, electrical and lighting if they exist yet.
-
Construction schedule
Especially the dates for electrical, low-voltage, HVAC, millwork and drywall.
-
Selected trades
Who is already engaged — builder, architect, electrician, integrator.
-
Technology preferences
Anything you already like, already own, or have been quoted.
-
Major frustrations
What has annoyed you in this or any previous home.
-
Decisions coming next
What has to be signed off in the next few weeks.
Do not send credentials.
Never email passwords, alarm codes, access credentials or private camera footage — to us or to anyone else. We do not need them to plan a system, and a call is not a secure channel. If a system needs to be inspected, we arrange that properly.
Not sure a call is the right next step?
Run the readiness assessment first. It takes about ten minutes and tells you which decisions are still open — which is a better agenda than a blank hour.
